Our buyers travel the world looking for the best quality rugs.
The rugs are then shipped to our purpose built warehouse in London
before being despatched to you.
Buying a rug has never been easier from the comfort of your home
or office – and all at the keenest prices around!
THE PRICES
As an ecommerce company we offer the best rugs we can
find directly to you at affordable prices.
All prices include VAT.
Delivery is within the United Kingdom only. Delivery is by
secure courier and charged at £4.95 per order. Orders over £100 are
delivered free of charge.
PAYMENT AND SECURITY
We can only accept payment from a valid Credit or Debit card
using our secure internet shopping system, or by cheque.
All credit card details are encrypted when ordering. They are
only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in
clear uncoded text on any website. Its safer than giving your
Credit Card details over the phone!
We accept these major UK Credit and Debit cards.
DELIVERY
Providing the item you have ordered is in stock, we aim to
deliver your order within five working days for a small charge of
£4.95 per order. So however many rugs you choose to buy, delivery
will still only be £4.95, unless you spend over £100 when
delivery costs are free of charge.
If your chosen article(s) is out of stock, we will e-mail you
with an estimated delivery date and an option to cancel your order
should you wish. We will not charge you for any item until it
is ready to be despatched.
Delivery will be made by a National Carrier to any United
Kingdom postal address. Currently, we can only accept orders for
delivery within the United Kingdom. If you are interested in our
products but reside outside this area, please e-mail us at
sales@rugtastic.com with your details and
requirements. We will then try to accommodate your needs.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
If unsatisfactory, rugs must be returned within 14 days of
receipt. To return the rugs, please notify us within seven days of
receipt with reason for return. You will then receive a returns
number to mark on the outside of the wrapping.
Rugs must be returned in their original packaging and condition
either by yourself via the Post Office (ask for receipt) or we can
arrange collection at a nominal charge.
Once we have inspected the goods and are satisfied that they
have been returned to us in the same condition in which they were
despatched to you, we will then refund the purchase price less any
collection charge.
FAULTY GOODS
Please check rugs carefully as soon as you receive them. If
faulty, please inform us within 7 days of receipt and ensure we
have them back within 14 days of receipt. See precious section.
Upon inspection, should your goods be confirmed to be faulty, we
will offer you either a replacement or a full refund, including the
cost of collection, whichever you prefer.
Please note that variation of colour is not accepted by us to
constitute faulty goods, therefore we do not accept responsibility
for the cost of returning rugs whose colour has been
misrepresented.
IMAGE REPRODUCTION
Rugtastic aims to present you with as realistic image as
possible of the actual rug. Images are either scanned from flat
down photography or taken from digital images and are as accurate
as this process will allow. However, colour reproduction will vary
from computer to computer depending on the type and age of monitor
and on the individual display settings. For best results set your
screen resolution to at least 800 x 600 pixels, (ideally 1024 x 768
pixels) and ensure your colour palette is set at “true” or “high”
setting.
Rugtastic will not be held responsible for incorrect colour
interpretation caused by display settings and hardware, and orders
are accepted on the basis that images shown are only a visual
representation of the product. We reserve the right to change
designs and colours without prior notice.
